Your role is hybrid, highly dynamic, and grows directly with shared success: 60% Delivery & Core Consulting: You lead complex, strategic Salesforce and Agentforce projects for our focus clients and ensure technological excellence and project profitability.
40% Operations & Leadership: You will progressively take over the agency's operational leadership. You optimize internal structures (resource and capacity planning, onboarding processes, HR topics) and relieve the founder of operational overhead.
Ecosystem Leverage: You use your strong footprint and existing contacts within the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Alliances, AEs, RVPs) and/or with customers to position us as a preferred partner for next‑generation projects.
Agentforce & FSI Leadership: You support the strategic expansion of our industry expertise (Financial Services) and translate complex domain requirements into forward‑looking autonomous agent architectures.
Scaling Operations: You build data‑driven, scalable agency processes so we can grow from €1M to €5M in revenue without losing our agile boutique DNA.
People Management: You act as mentor, technical leader, and coach for our team of consultants and developers, conduct conversations confidently, and ensure employee satisfaction and development.
Requirements
Strong footprint in the ecosystem: Salesforce is your home turf. You are well connected in the market and bring proven contacts — either directly within Salesforce or in a relevant customer network.
Agentforce enthusiast: You are passionate about AI agents and autonomous architectures. You know how to strategically position this technological spearhead with customers.
Boutique mentality with gravitas: You are familiar with the professional structures of larger consultancies (e.g., Senior Manager / Principal level) but deliberately seek the speed, independence, and genuine scope for influence of an owner‑managed firm.
