Support the financial steering, governance, and operational finance setup of our Portugal hub
Report directly to the Head of Hub, with a close interface to business area controlling, operations leadership, corporate finance, group tax, group legal, payroll, and global mobility
Support building and managing the financial backbone of the hub model, including invoicing, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and alignment with international governance standards
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in a shared services, hub, matrix, or international corporate environment
Strong understanding of: intercompany charging, SLA-based finance models, transfer pricing interfaces, budgeting and forecasting, cost center management and financial reporting
Good practical knowledge of international or European corporate tax topics, especially in relation to employee deployment and permanent establishment implications
Experience working with group tax, legal, payroll, and global mobility stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business models into clear financial structures
Fluent English required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
