About this role
Role Overview
- Handling day-to-day bookkeeping
- Coding, checking and posting incoming invoices
- Processing electronic bank statements
- Processing travel expenses and credit card statements
- Fixed asset accounting
- Managing recurring postings and accruals/deferrals
- General account reconciliation
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a bookkeeper or tax assistant
- Experience in financial accounting / accounting
- Independent, proactive and detail-oriented working style
- Solid MS Office skills, especially EXCEL
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
- Good German and English language skills
