Deliver high-quality, engaging Credit Control and Collections training that meets the apprenticeship standard, awarding body, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver apprenticeships and qualifications in line with DWP, ESFA, and awarding body quality frameworks.
Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic sessions covering key topics such as customer accounts management, debt recovery, credit risk, negotiation, communication, and regulatory compliance.
Use a range of delivery methods including workshops, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.
Design and update learning materials to ensure content remains relevant to current financial legislation, best practice, and industry standards.
Support learners to develop professional behaviours, confidence, and technical skills in line with the Credit Services Association (CSA).
Identify learner needs, set SMART targets, and provide tailored feedback to support progress and achievement.
Guide learners through gateway preparation and ensure they are ready to successfully complete End Point Assessment (EPA).
Assess learner work, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate progress tracking records.
Requirements
Proven experience in credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations with sound knowledge of credit management practices.
Experience in delivering vocational or work-based training, ideally within the finance or business administration sector.
Recognised teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent).
Assessing qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32/D33 or equivalent).
