Perform troubleshooting, log analysis and investigation of production incidents.
Support resolution of application performance, availability and stability issues.
Use observability tools to monitor and diagnose environments.
Participate in technical analysis and follow requests end-to-end.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners and business stakeholders to understand and resolve requests.
Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of solution architecture.
Mentor and support junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement of development and support processes.
Requirements
Strong experience with Java 8+ or Java 11+.
Experience developing applications using Spring Boot.
Experience building and maintaining REST APIs.
Experience with GitHub Actions.
Experience in production support.
Knowledge in troubleshooting and incident investigation.
Experience with log analysis and problem diagnosis.
Knowledge of observability tools, especially Dynatrace.
Experience with critical, high-availability systems and high-volume processing.
Experience supporting and resolving production incidents.

Experience with Genesys Cloud.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with AWS and/or Azure environments.
