Role Overview
Actively prospect new partners and open new markets;
Conduct on-site visits and lead consultative commercial negotiations;
Build relationships with store owners and key decision-makers;
Present strategic solutions aimed at the growth of pharmaceutical retail;
Manage the sales pipeline and monitor conversion metrics;
Represent the brand with a hands-on approach, autonomy, and a strong focus on results.
Requirements
Experience in the pharmaceutical market, retail, and commercial expansion;
Experience with external consultative selling;
Knowledge of the Minas Gerais region and willingness/ability to travel within the area.
