8+ years of professional experience overall, not necessarily specific to AI.
We know AI workflows have only been widely available for about two years.
What we need: a strong full-stack developer with solid fundamentals in our stack (Java, Spring Boot, Angular) and a genuine drive toward AI.
You have worked with LLM APIs, RAG, or agents—at minimum seriously on the side, ideally in production.
Not just experiments on your laptop, but something that actually ran in a real environment.

You must be able to talk to customers. You stand in a bootcamp in front of the CFO and explain why this workflow should be automated first.
