Responsible for the entire onboarding process and the sustainable integration of new team members.
Manage the selection process for para-professional positions (skilled technical staff and administrative roles).
Support local performance and talent management processes and coordinate tailored training programs and effective retention measures in close collaboration with leadership.
Lead the annual local compensation review process.
Continuously monitor labor, social security, and tax law to ensure legally compliant implementation of all statutory requirements at the plant.
Provide expert advice to line management on legal or performance-related issues as a trusted sparring partner; support change processes in a production-oriented environment and contribute to international HR projects.
Requirements
3–5 years of solid HR experience, ideally gained in a multinational corporation, a matrix organization, or in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Practical, hands-on experience supporting skilled technical/operational employees, and a strong understanding of production-oriented HR processes and shift operations.
University degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualification, plus solid, practical knowledge of German labor law.
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% to ensure flexible collaboration and personal support of our plant sites in Tirschenreuth and Neustadt.
Business-fluent German and good English skills for regular, smooth communication at local and international levels.
