Lead workshops to gather, analyse, and validate client requirements
Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions
Provide expert guidance on time management best practices and solution capabilities
Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, testing scripts, and project documentation
Support data migration, integration design, and end-to-end testing activities
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations
Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development
Mentor and support junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice
Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap developments and industry trends

Proven hands-on experience implementing SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking
Strong knowledge of workforce management, leave management, attendance, and time recording processes
Experience leading workshops and managing client stakeholders
Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and its integration with Time solutions
Experience across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed project teams
Nice to have: Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in: Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking
Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP Payroll, ECP, or third-party payroll systems
Consulting experience within professional services or system integrator environments
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology
