Define SDS product specifications, manage product positioning, and handle New Product Introductions (NPI).
Work directly with hardware/software design, engineering, and validation teams to ensure hardware aligns with SDS architectures.
Build and maintain strategic alliances with SDS ecosystem partners, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and channel partners.
Technically support Sales Representatives and Field Application Engineers (FAEs) in pre-sales, customer meetings, and proof-of-concept (POC) rollouts to drive revenue.

10+ years in server system products, enterprise storage, or data center solutions.
Deep understanding of Software-Defined Storage (SDS), Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), All-Flash NVMe arrays, and clustered file systems.
Typically requires a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical disciplines.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for enterprise clients.
Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure customer environments with strong business judgment and problem-solving capability.
Strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive investigations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Speaks fluent Japanese and English, Chinese is a plus.
