Leading external suppliers in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps
Drive ramp readiness with engineering, operations and suppliers to ensure quality, capacity, cost, and manufacturing processes meet SMCI’s requirements
Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with SMCI’s supply chain teams
Analyze data and make informed decisions
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of program management experience in high-volume manufacturing
Willingness and ability to travel up to ~30% to domestic and international locations
Proven ability to build strong relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and influence effectively within a matrix organization
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of drive, motivation, and energy to tackle and complete challenging tasks
