About this role
Role Overview
- Guide innovation initiatives from idea to scalable business solution
- Lead and steer the innovation processes and experiments
- Deliver Target Architectures, Project Start Architectures (PSA), and Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
- Bridge the gaps between business and IT and between the Tribes and Innovation and/or subsidiaries
- Play an active role in the W&R Architecture team
- Contribute to the wider architecture community within Wholesale & Rural and Rabobank-wide architecture initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture or business architecture
- Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Archimate
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Current knowledge of cloud computing, Generative Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, and cybersecurity
- Experience with innovation frameworks such as business model canvas and design thinking
- Core qualities: result driven, complex problem solving, storytelling, collaborating and organization sensitivity.
