Role Overview
- Provide world class customer service experience to both existing and prospective customers
- Take full ownership of the order-to-delivery process
- Act as the first interface with customers handling calls and emails
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Manage the order entry process and handle possible enquiries
- Support the business with offers, quotations and stock availability information
Requirements
- Customer Service experience or aptitude, possibly gained in a global industry
- Excellent skills in business Italian, both written and spoken
- Experience with SAP SD and MS Dynamics Case Management
