Support cost control and budgeting for campaigns and audiovisual productions.
Track invoicing with production suppliers and the agency's clients.
Provide support in managing supplier payments and receivables.
Maintain and update financial spreadsheets for ongoing productions and campaigns.
Organize and file tax documents and contracts related to productions.
Ensure deadlines are met and the accuracy of billing and financial processes.
Collaborate with internal RTV, production and finance teams to ensure the accuracy of data and reports.

Currently pursuing a degree in Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and basic understanding of financial control.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle tight deadlines.
Interest in financial processes for audiovisual production.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Plus: Previous experience (even minimal) in financial roles or billing control.
Interest in understanding the relationship between audiovisual production and finance within an advertising agency.
