About this role
Role Overview
- Work in the commercial area, establishing the processes and procedures necessary to execute and fulfill action plans defined by the strategic level;
- Manage, plan, and control sales targets and policies;
- Align and drive commercial strategies and market positioning with the team;
- Manage sales promotion and the company's positioning in the market and region;
- Coordinate with the commercial team to follow up with clients in the field;
- Ensure the quality and progress of processes that guarantee the quality of sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and BI skills;
- Experience in people management;
- Knowledge of the region;
- Commercial experience in the agribusiness market.
