About this role
Role Overview
- Manage and track employee onboarding and offboarding
- Handle all contractual changes
- Prepare and review various letters and certificates
- Support People Managers in monitoring probation periods and contractual deadlines
- Manage requests for employment status changes in collaboration with International Mobility
- Provide employees with necessary information in the event of specific situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's level (Bac+4) from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources
- Service-oriented with strong team spirit
- Commitment, responsiveness and autonomy
- Organized, rigorous and reliable
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with employees
- Proficiency in English is a plus
