About this role

Provide customer service and support to clients in buying and selling crypto assets
Guide customers on using the digital platform and clarify questions during transactions
Perform registration checks and KYC validation according to internal procedures
Monitor and follow OTC operations, ensuring speed and accuracy in execution
Record requests, track pending issues and keep internal systems updated
Work together with Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure process compliance
Ensure the confidentiality of information and adherence to internal policies and procedures

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a related field
Interest in the financial market, cryptocurrencies, technology, and innovation
Comfortable with digital tools and IT (Google Workspace is a plus)
Customer service experience will be considered an advantage
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, trading, Compliance, or KYC will be a plus
Organized, analytical, responsible, with attention to detail, good communication skills, quick learner, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Availability to work rotating shifts, with alternating schedules and days off
Availability for a possible future transition from remote to hybrid or on-site work, according to company needs
