About this role
Role Overview
Develop new business, strengthen the active account portfolio and represent BOLD in the state
Manage active accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth
Serve customers through distributors
Conduct diagnostic meetings, presentations and commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts, timelines and commercial terms in line with strategy
Act in a consultative manner, understanding needs and proposing solutions
Deliver training sessions with distributors
Requirements
Based in Belém, PA
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or related fields
Valid driver's license (Category B) and availability to travel
Experience as a Sales Executive / B2B Commercial Consultant
Experience in prospecting, portfolio management and consultative negotiation
Experience with the indirect channel / distributors
Proficiency with analytics tools and performance indicators (KPIs)
Strong communication skills, organization and focus on targets and results
