About this role
Role Overview
Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
Qualify leads and identify needs before handing them to the sales team.
Nurture relationships with potential customers until appointments are scheduled.
Enter and organize information in the company's CRM.
Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
Provide market feedback to refine offers and processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as an SDR, pre-sales representative, inside sales or in active prospecting.
Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasion and active listening.
Organized and able to record and follow up all contacts in a CRM.
Availability to work on-site, Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a half day.
Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
Preferred: experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
Previous experience in consultative sales of high-value services.
Proficiency with sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life-changing transformations.
