Assisting members with loan origination, opening and closing accounts, answering questions about products and services and resolving problems.
Being a Financial Champion and advising applicable products for each member.
Provides prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional service at all times.
Works directly with the underwriting department to step our members through the lending process.
Identify cross-sell opportunities for all credit union products that can best fit the member’s needs.
Accurately maintain member account information.

1 to 3 years of related experience
A two-year college degree or applicable specialized training
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
