Email Marketing, CRM Manager

Role Overview

• You work with online shops
• You are the central point of contact between our clients and the team
• Through regular check-in calls and close collaboration, you build strong relationships with our clients
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects
• Own operational implementation team for copywriting, graphic design and technical implementation
• Your main focus is strategy development
• We have the technical resources to turn your ideas into reality.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
• Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
• You proactively engage with people
• Your positive demeanor makes it easy for others to approach you
• Analytical mindset and creativity
• You speak fluent German and have solid English skills, both written and spoken.
