Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist — Automotive

Role Overview

• You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
• You assist with scheduling, preparation and coordination of customer appointments (online & by phone)
• You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
• You ensure smooth back‑office operations — from CRM maintenance to quote preparation
• You administratively support our existing customers and assist with onboarding & inquiries
• You work closely with management, support and the product team

Requirements

• Initial experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
• You enjoy organizing and keep appointments and processes on track
• Confident use of digital tools (e.g., email, Excel; ideally CRM like HubSpot)
• Friendly, structured and reliable working style
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• No technical expertise required — we will provide thorough training
