Initial professional experience in marketing, ideally in the construction or trades sector or a related industry
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign)
A strong sense for brand presentation, design and communication
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative marketing ideas
Experience with social media management tools and online marketing platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
Basic knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Typo3) or e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopware 5, Shopify) is desirable
Experience with a PIM system (Product Information Management) is a plus
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a desire to help shape things
