Manage end-to-end client onboarding, documentation, and account setup.
Support Investment Counsellors in preparing for meetings, proposals, and reviews.
Attend client meetings as required and maintain detailed records and meeting notes.
Address client inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
Produce recurring and ad-hoc client reports.
Contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience and drive service excellence.
Reconcile daily prices, positions, and transactions across trading and custodial platforms.
Support account activity including openings, deposits, withdrawals, and asset transfers.
Assist with monitoring and rebalancing client portfolios; ensure timely and accurate trade execution.
Maintain security master data and review corporate actions.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues efficiently.
Continuously seek opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance operational processes.
Coordinate with Compliance to ensure timely review and approval of account documentation.
Ensure all activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and auditable records.
Monitor potential risks and escalate issues as appropriate.

University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in investment or wealth management
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA skills are an asset
Familiarity with wealth management systems is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Fluency in French is an asset (but not mandatory).
