Role Overview

• You support the team in the end-to-end transaction execution within the renewable energy sector, including project assessment and transaction preparation
• Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
• Drafting contractual documents (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
• Operational implementation of transactions
• You contribute to the preparation and further development of investor reporting
• You assist with investor sourcing and investor outreach

Requirements

• You are studying Economics or Finance & Accounting
• You are enthusiastic about Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• You are interested in the renewable energy industry/investments and may already have gained initial experience in one of these areas
• You are a team player and enjoy direct collaboration
