Lead membership and education campaigns, manages digital channels, supports webinars and training logistics, and delivers performance reporting
Support campaigns that attract new members and retain existing ones, audience targeting and follow-up.
Develop and execute lapsed member marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain audience segments for membership campaigns using HL7’s CRM and email marketing platforms.
Support marketing campaigns that drive registrations for education offerings, certifications, and corporate training.
Conduct market and audience research to inform education campaign positioning.
Manage project timelines for courses and education events.
Prepare post-program reports summarizing participation and follow-up actions.
Manage the day-to-day social media calendar and maintain HL7 website content.
Deliver regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
3 –5 years of experience in a communications and marketing role with hands-on campaign execution; association, nonprofit, or healthcare experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field , or equivalent experience.
Experience in scheduling and moderating virtual meetings, training , and events.
Working proficiency with marketing tools: Canva, email marketing/automation platforms (HubSpot, MailChimp, Propfuel ), CRM/ AMS systems, social media schedulers, and Google Analytics.
Strong copywriting skills .
A ttention to detail and proven follow-through across multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Comfortable with data — building reports, spotting trends, and turning numbers into recommendations.
Self-starter who notices what needs doing and takes the initiative to do it, and a team player who shares credit, asks for input, and pitches in when needed.
