- Providing fast, high-quality solutions to users across phone networks, emails, and live chat platforms.
- Handling complex and sensitive issues regarding user account security, payment infrastructure, and detailed billing records.
- Walking users through the features of our global payment gateway and mobile apps with clear, confident instructions.
- Managing sensitive financial matters—including payment reversals, invoicing errors, and fraud prevention—with total accuracy and discretion.
- Maintaining detailed logs of all client interactions and escalating critical financial files to specialized internal teams when necessary.
- Staying up to date on software upgrades and evolving international banking rules through routine team briefings.
Requirements
- Native or near-native command of the Dutch language (minimum C1 level), paired with professional business English skills (B2 level) for internal company communication.
- Current residency in Portugal along with valid legal authorization to work within the European Union.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the personal accountability needed to succeed in an independent, virtual work environment.
- A logical mindset with the ability to explain complex financial ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- High comfort level navigating financial technology platforms, account dashboards, and modern digital software.
