Requirements
- Absolute native or near-native command of both Czech and Polish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Minimum proficiency level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) in English.
- Proven capacity to remain calm and client-focused during peak operational traffic.
- Comfort working inside complex software applications.
- Total readiness to work within a 24/7 rotating shift framework.
