Role Overview
- In this role you will work on the strategic development of our platform
- Analyze markets
- Develop new partnerships
- Help us grow in an economically sustainable way
- Support the conception of new business models
- Conduct partner research and evaluate new product ideas — always in close collaboration with the team
- Your ideas will feed directly into strategic decisions that will shape Höme in the long term.
Requirements
- Ideally, you are enrolled in a business-related degree program or vocational training, e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
- You think like an entrepreneur and enjoy diving into new topics
- Analytical thinking, curiosity and structured working are among your strengths
- You are interested in social trends, digital business models and impact-oriented work
- Ideally, you bring initial experience in project management or in a startup context
- It is important that you are fluent in German, both written and spoken.
