Strong functional understanding of software development, cloud architectures, and modern system landscapes (no need for detailed expertise).
Confident communication with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical and operational topics into formats that are easy to understand for different audiences, especially management and clients.
Structured, decisive working style with a strong ownership mentality.
Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward change.
Active use of AI tools in daily work.
Very good German and English skills.
Willingness to travel: occasional business trips within the DACH region (by agreement with the client).
