Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, or an equivalent qualification
At least three years of experience in performance marketing
Independently planned, executed, and optimized campaigns in Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max or Demand Gen), Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads
Solid knowledge of tracking, web analytics, and conversion optimization
Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager)
Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
Self-motivated, independent working style and initiative
