Role Overview
- Assist on the design of a functional solution to a business requirements and/or problem
- Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.
- Proactively assess project issues and facilitate mitigation plan to ensure project success.
- Help development team on preparing the system configuration, master data setup and test data for testing of new features and bug fixes
- Responsible for testing through listed scenarios during project implementation
- Able to answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and questions around preparation for testing
- Will work close to the Lead BA and Developer to achieve development completion through round of testing and defect/bug fix.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering and related field.
- At least 1 yr of SAP SD experience
- Background in Pickm Pack and Ship process is a plus
- With understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) process
- Has performed in a Project Implementation role
- Amenable to night shift or graveyard shift
