Business Analyst

Role Overview

• Zaizi are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Natsec experience to help drive, lead and make a positive contribution to our customer’s digital transformation programmes.

• You will have in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle and be a strong team player, who can communicate well with customers at all stages of the project life cycle and set customer expectations.

Requirements

• Understand and define the problem to be solved.
• Understand users and their needs and translate into user stories.
• Help the delivery team decide the best approach, manage and visualise outcomes, prioritise work and work to the agreed minimum viable product (MVP), print and scope.
• Support test functionality and ensuring it meets user and business needs.
• Supporting the Product Owner with the creation of a backlog.
• Modelling business processes (As is / To be)
• eDV Clearance is essential for a successful candidate Competencies:
• You will have extensive commercial experience in the following:
• Stakeholder management
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies e.g (Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
• Function & non-functional requirements
• Acceptance criteria
• User stories
• Working with cross functional teams
• Continuous improvement
• Customer facing (build good rapport)
• Understanding of Government transformation strategy & service standards **Desired:
• Data mapping
• Experience working with API's.
