About this role
Role Overview
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HR and business data to visualize key metrics and trends.
Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data (e.g., talent acquisition, retention, performance, diversity & inclusion) to identify root causes and uncover actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements and data solutions.
Develop and optimize data models within Power BI to support complex analytical requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Automate routine HR processes and data workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with team members as part of the regular monthly activities or on project level
Requirements
Experience (3+ years) in a data analysis, business intelligence, or people analytics role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced capabilities with DAX for complex calculations, data modeling, and performance optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations.
Expertise in SQL (for data extraction, manipulation, and querying large datasets from various sources) and or in Power Apps is a plus but not a must!
