At least 3 years’ experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field, with specific experience in establishing and driving continuous improvement of CRM, ecommerce, and portal systems in a regulated environment.
Requirements
Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management (Salesforce administrator experience preferred)
Experience with experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
MANDATORY
Experience with IT ticketing system for stakeholder management of system issues and requests
Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing)
Familiarity with analytics
Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical and vice versa)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus)
Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems
