Monitor and maintain availability of the active product mix
Manage direct relationships with Full Commerce clients
Monitor incoming orders, payment status, delivery, and customer satisfaction
Check usability of storefronts, menus, and links
Perform competitive analysis to define competitive pricing strategies
Create/propose/manage campaigns, actions, and promotions
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and ROI
Generate performance analysis reports for the stores
Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and technology teams
Manage sales on B2C channels and marketplaces
Maintain relationships with internal departments

Experience with e-commerce platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Ability to interpret and present performance reports
Familiarity with analytics and digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics
Knowledge of ABC analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
Experience in the digital market
Proven experience in e-commerce
