Location: Austin TX (Locals Only)
Duration: 12 months

Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
- 8 years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
- 8 years in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
- 8 years of experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
- 8 years of experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- 5 years of demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
- 5 years of demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Other required Skills:
- 1 year of documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
- 1 year of documented work experience with a requirements management software tool, such as "Modern Requirements"
- 1 year of documented work experience with TEA OR a federal/state/local education agency OR education vendor
