You assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, prepare proposals and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to implement them
You act as a liaison between the talents and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident user of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
