Role Overview
- Lead and Coordinate the Quality Planning activities in NPD Projects.
- Responsible for assessing and reporting the status of all the deliverables in each gateway.
- Improve the Product Quality & customer satisfaction through PDCA of previous Programs Lessons Learnt.
- Monitor Virtual Validation deliverables during concept phase.
- Ensure timely Product evaluations to assess gaps and drive corrective actions.
Requirements
- Education Qualification BE (Mech/ E&E/ Auto/ Production)
- 07 – 09 Years of experience in the relevant field
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good Knowledge of New Product Development process
- Acquainted with various Product Quality assessment processes
- Hands on experience in AI tools / Power BI
- Auditing skills – Process, Product and System
- Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
