Support the General Secretary on top business priorities, including designing and implementing new internal and external processes.
Assist in organizing events with investors and customers.
Support research and projects related to regulatory stakeholders, fundraising, and governance matters.
Contribute to the preparation and management of board packs (content, timelines, Q&A); conduct targeted legal and market research.
Work on high-impact structural topics (salary grids, internal frameworks). Improve internal processes and cross-team coordination to enable scaling while preserving core values.
Strengthen HR & Corporate visibility at major events and on social channels; organize internal and external events to build the company network and systematize outreach globally.
Support cross-functional projects through research, synthesis, and stakeholder coordination; turn insights into actionable recommendations for product and operations teams.
