Design, build and implement scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks, guidance, self-service tools and approval processes across multiple European jurisdictions.
Lead and support the adoption of AI, automation, contract lifecycle management and legal operations tools.
Act as a flexible cross-border legal resource that can be deployed across European jurisdictions, business lines and projects.
Partner with European legal colleagues, business teams and internal stakeholders to support strategic growth areas.
Support higher-priority commercial contracting and business initiatives.
Simplify and rationalise contract suites, templates, amendments, order forms and related documents.
Develop business-facing training, playbooks and guidance that enable teams to handle routine matters.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of legal technology, knowledge management, metrics and reporting processes.
Requirements
3+ years of post-qualification legal experience in an in-house legal department or law firm
Strong legal judgement and drafting / negotiation skills
Experience designing or improving legal templates, playbooks, approval processes, workflows or other process simplification initiatives
Demonstrated interest in, or hands-on experience with, legal technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, legal operations or process improvement
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, business lines and European jurisdictions in a matrix environment
Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies and opportunities to standardise, automate or simplify work
Qualification to practice law in a European jurisdiction
Professional fluency in English is required
For roles based in Spain, fluency in Spanish is also mandatory
For roles based in Amsterdam, fluency in English and another relevant European language would be preferred
