About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business opportunities across the DACH region through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and targeted prospecting.
Manage the qualification of incoming leads.
Build strong relationships with prospects at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
Maintain accurate lead management, and CRM discipline.
Work closely with Marketing and Partner teams to maximise lead flow and opportunity creation.
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
Requirements
1–3 years in business development, inside sales.
Proven success generating meetings.
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales is a strong advantage.
Fluent English and German (written and spoken) are essential
Hungry, ambitious, and target‑driven.
Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills.
Confident presenting and selling virtually.
Organised, disciplined, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
