Role Overview
- Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees.
- Develop and manage tasks to ensure site cleanliness and organization.
- Maintain professional and supportive relationships with staff.
- Schedule employees according to Company guidelines.
- Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints.
- Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
- Analyze daily sales and expense information.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to supervise and train employees.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
- A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
