About this role
Role Overview
Lead the strategic management and governance of facilities management framework agreements
Ensure compliance, high-performance standards, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements
Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Oversee procurement, commercial and contract management activities
Monitor budgets, drive cost efficiency, and ensure smooth contract handovers
Ensure effective collaboration and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Lead incident management, site audits, and ongoing framework reviews
Requirements
Experience or previous knowledge in Estates or Facilities Management
NEC3/4 Contract Management experience or other contracts
H&S qualifications SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH
desirable
Framework management experience
Framework Procurement
Proven ability in delivering business objectives.
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience managing facilities or building contracts
Proficiency in tools such as M365, Excel, CAFM systems and Power BI
