Information Developer – Print Production

Role Overview

• This role is responsible for organizing and revising technical information, specifically printed image-only setup guides, compliance and regulatory notices, and warranty information.
• Actively participating in the development and technical aspects of hardware product development.
• Designing documentation solutions of moderate complexity.
• Collaborating with other designers to provide guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Supporting ongoing sustaining and new product development projects for the HP Poly Headset portfolio.
• Participating in the design, development, integration, deployment/production support, and other technical aspects of applications.
• Creating and revising compliance and regulatory documentation based on input from multiple teams.
• Developing documentation strategies that adhere to company sustainability policy.
• Designing analytics solutions with moderate complexity.

Requirements

• Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Technical Communications, Graphic Design, User Experience (UX), or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical communications, information strategy, graphic design, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
