This role is responsible for organizing and revising technical information, specifically printed image-only setup guides, compliance and regulatory notices, and warranty information.
Actively participating in the development and technical aspects of hardware product development.
Designing documentation solutions of moderate complexity.
Collaborating with other designers to provide guidance and knowledge sharing.
Supporting ongoing sustaining and new product development projects for the HP Poly Headset portfolio.
Participating in the design, development, integration, deployment/production support, and other technical aspects of applications.
Creating and revising compliance and regulatory documentation based on input from multiple teams.
Developing documentation strategies that adhere to company sustainability policy.
Designing analytics solutions with moderate complexity.
Requirements
Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Technical Communications, Graphic Design, User Experience (UX), or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical communications, information strategy, graphic design, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
