Role Overview
- Provide support in situations of a moderate to more complex nature
- Monitor performance to ensure quality care and compliance with practice standards
- Schedule appointments in accordance with departmental procedures
- Triage patient phone calls, tasks, and e-mails as needed
- Manage providers' schedules and scheduling templates
- Coordinate training and interoffice activities
- Participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- Relevant Experience (5 Years)
- Computer Literacy
- Data Entry
- Epic EHR
- Managed Care Operations
- Medical Terminology
- Telephone Communications
