Provide statistical expertise to acquisition programs and research projects
Lead development of test strategies, technical test designs, and post-test analysis
Employ and apply rigorous test design types such as design of experiments (DOE)
Engage and mentor program team members in statistical methods
Support special studies for topics of interest to leadership such as Metrics for using artificial intelligence and machine learning
Employing quantitative methods to validate models and simulations
Methodical approaches to cyber-physical systems
Rigorous methods applied to testing autonomous systems
Communicate solutions to leadership orally and in writing
Author best practices and case studies for community use
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, applied math, operations research, or similar
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
3 years practical statistical experience in industry or academia
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
United States citizenship required and can't sponsor work visa due to federal requirements of contract.
