Build, customize, and maintain workflows within Go High Level.
Create and implement automations, triggers, campaigns, and pipeline workflows.
Complete Go High Level projects and workflow requests assigned by the provider.
Troubleshoot and improve existing GHL automations and processes.
Answer inbound patient calls professionally.
Respond to patient emails and inquiries promptly.
Coordinate communication with insurance companies.
Check insurance claim status and follow up on outstanding claims.
Maintain accurate documentation within ChiroTouch EHR.
Perform internet research and administrative tasks as needed.
Support day-to-day clinic operations alongside the current Virtual Assistant.
Review work carefully to help minimize errors and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
Hands-on Go High Level (GHL) workflow creation and automation experience (Deal Breaker).
Experience building workflows, triggers, automations, and campaigns inside Go High Level.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
Comfortable speaking with patients and insurance companies over the phone.
Strong email communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with minimal careless mistakes.
Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Experience working in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare practice.
Experience using ChiroTouch EHR and GHL
Experience handling insurance verification and insurance claims follow-up.
Previous Virtual Assistant experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
Must speak and write English clearly and professionally.
Must have relevant work experience.
Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding (mandatory).
Must be available to attend video meetings with camera on when required.
