Holds partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow up.

Influences annual marketing and communication plans based on workforce knowledge and/or client needs, including all support materials, media and content. May leverage tools to help customize annual plans including, but not limited to, participant surveys, utilization reports, and other data.
Responsible for keeping your team informed of services via Edge reports and attending relationship review meetings as necessary. May collaborate with internal/external partners to update materials as needed.
