Role Overview
- Act as the Plan Administrator for large clients with complex plans
- Manage the day-to-day administration of assigned policies
- Process all member-related eligibility requests daily
- Research and analyze member eligibility-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and resolve client requests
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in customer service
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications & communication tools
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Adaptability to change
